TM510FNplus Coating Thickness Gauge (GAU/0024)
The TM510FNplus is a versatile coating thickness gauge designed for precise measurements. It offers a wide range of features and capabilities to suit various applications.
One of its key advantages is the ability to use various probes, including F400, F1, F1/90°, F10, N1, and N400, allowing for accurate measurements in different scenarios. The gauge provides three calibration methods: one-point, two-point, and basic calibration, ensuring reliable results.
The TM510FNplus features a high-resolution display, showing measurements in increments of 0.1 µm for ranges below 100 µm and 1 µm for ranges above 100 µm. It also offers five statistics functions and can store up to 500 data points.
Two working modes, direct and group, are available to cater to different measurement needs. Users can choose between continuous and single measurement modes, and the gauge provides both manual and automatic shutdown options.
Additional features include boundary setting for automatic alarms and histogram value analysis, the ability to delete gross errors and error settings, and printing capabilities for measurements, statistics, gauges, and histograms. For added convenience, the gauge includes a music tone for operation feedback, a power supply under-voltage direct function, and an error function.
The TM510FNplus can also be connected to a printer and a computer using USB 2.0 for data transfer and analysis. The communications software is compatible with the Windows operating system.
