The Mini Arc Logger 4.0 (MAL 4.0) weld monitoring data logger can monitor one channel. Using the standard software package, the system can monitor voltage, current, wire feed speed, travel speed, gas flow, temperature, purge oxygen levels, plus automatic head input and energy calculations.
Optional Pulse Reporting software makes it easy to monitor and report complex welding pulses.
With non-intrusive probes, the Mini Arc Logger 4.0 monitors voltage, and current as standard with additional options including:
- Wire feed speed
- Gas flow
- Travel speed
- Type 'K' contact temperature
- Laser depth
- Multi-channel temperature
- Wireless networking connectivity
- Wireless transducers and sensors connectivity
Pulse mode complies with all requirements of ASME IX (2015), EEMUA Publication 158 (Third Edition) and PD ISO/TR 18491:2015.
Seamless Digital Exchange
With our next generation of weld monitoring and data logging systems, we make it easy to exchange welding data seamlessly across all levels, ensuring compliance with IoT and Industry 4.0. No matter where you are, you can access data and support thanks to wireless capabilities and remote assistance.
